Bacon Cheese Bread

- 1 baguette
- triple-cream cheese
- 1 caramelized yellow onion
- 4 bacon strips
- 1 cup microgreens
Heat grill to 425; leave one side off Ingredients: Fresh baguette Triple-cream cheese, thinly sliced, enough to cover bread.
One caramelized yellow onion 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled Prep: Slice the top off a baguette and set aside.
Brush the surface of the bottom piece of baguette with olive oil; sear face down on grill until marked (about 40 seconds on infra red).
When bread is marked, place cheese on top, and put on the unheated portion of grill.
When cheese softens somewhat, put crumbled bacon on top of cheese. A
dd some caramelized onions on top of that, return to indirect heat.
When cheese is melted, remove from heat.
Slice, and serve on micro greens.
