Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is flawed (as opposed to just not to your general liking). While corked bottles are quite rare for us (fortunately), this is the primary flaw we encounter, but again, it affects an exceddingly low percentage of wines. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. If you are out of the area, please email us. We cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We will not accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment if we were authorized to ship, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
A 15% restocking fee will be added to any orders which are refused.
